Project Overview
This multi-storey commercial complex had an ageing plastered facade with visible cracks and water staining. The owners wanted a complete exterior refresh that would also be lower-maintenance going forward.
Scope of Work
- Facade survey and aluminium sub-framework design
- Installation of the structural sub-frame across all floors
- Precision cutting and fixing of ACP panels
- Sealant jointing at every panel edge for weatherproofing
- Custom cutouts for signage and lighting fixtures

The Challenge
Years of sun and rain exposure had left the original plaster facade cracked and stained in patches, and repeated repainting was no longer keeping up with the damage.
Our Solution
We installed a full aluminium sub-framework and clad the entire facade in ACP panels, giving the building a clean, uniform, modern front that resists weathering far better than plaster and needs only occasional cleaning to stay looking new.
